To celebrate the 300 years jubilee of Domain Saint Ferréol. On this special anniversary, Thomas de Jerphanion created this rosé wine to honor his ancestor Joseph Lyon, who bought Saint Ferréol in 1720, when the land and buildings were in poor condition. Then he undertook major restoration works.
